Slip leasing (wet or dry) is a temporary benefit of social membership. Lease payments are based on boat length. Annual rates are $17 a linear foot per month for boats 30’ or smaller and $19 a linear foot per month for boats larger than 30’. There is a $2 premium per linear foot for boats larger than 14’ wide or 14’ high. You can lease a slip monthly or annually.

If you prefer the advantage of locking in a newly reduced price on your slip size and lower monthly costs, slip membership is also available.
